Official Ttapp Start

Finally got the Total Workout video.  Trust me, if you’re choosing between the expensive Total Workout video or the inexpensive book, go with the videos.  (unless you happen to be really really good at interpreting and imaging written instructions.)  Though, one of the good things about the books is that you can feel more comfy focusing on each exercise at a time, adding new exercises on as you go.  While with the video there’s more of a feel of ‘just follow along and maybe eventually you’ll remember each individual exercise’.  I guess each method has its pros and cons.

Anyways, so today I started the Instructional #1 portion of the dvds.  I also started with the Organs in Place and Half Frogs, and ended with HoeDowns.  My goal is to do this on weekdays, and rest on weekends, for two weeks.  And then the rest of the month go for every other day.  That’s the thought now, dunno how much it will change, heh.

Currently my measurements are:  waist 40; belly 44.375; hip 43.875 .   It seems kind of weird that my waist is actually bigger than when I first started trying to reduce the weight.  I’m not sure what’s up with that.  :(   But the belly and hips are down some, so who knows.  Oh, and I didn’t get around to measuring myself until 2:20pm.  Normally I do it in the mornings before anything else.  So I wonder if that had anything to do with it.  When I measure myself, I take three readings (tape meeting on the right, on the left, and in the middle)and average them out.

Ok, well, wish me a good “trip”, heh.

ps, weight was 185.0 this morning, but i forgot to get the bf% reading.
