  • Improve the Kaizen way:  Regularly ask myself what one small thing can I do right now to improve [something], and then taking that one small step.
  • Make homemade soup at least once a week. (poor family)
  • Replace bread with Ezekial sprout bread.  (Time to start cutting out grains and starches, again.)
  • Learn how to make flaxseed crackers and/or vegetable/nut/seed crisps.
  • Purchase an actual bedframe for our bed, finally.
