- Improve the Kaizen way: Regularly ask myself what one small thing can I do right now to improve [something], and then taking that one small step.
- Make homemade soup at least once a week. (poor family)
- Replace bread with Ezekial sprout bread. (Time to start cutting out grains and starches, again.)
- Learn how to make flaxseed crackers and/or vegetable/nut/seed crisps.
- Purchase an actual bedframe for our bed, finally.
