    Update:
The dietary changes went well, except that we kept Fridays as the day where we can have grained goods and milk products. This way we don’t feel deprived of foods we are used to.

Trail mix got taken out as it was too long to dehydrate our own stuff for enough to last us two weeks. This applies to the breakfast bar too. These may be included in the future, but I’m not in a hurry to.

I didn’t do the mix-n-match meal charts, instead just setting up a planned weekly menu, veggies and fruit change according to what’s available at the store for a decent price and in season. Less decision making this way.

Purchased a Vita-Mix to help with the smoothies and ‘ice cream’. This has been helpful though I’m not sure the cost of the machine was worth it.

Cool Whip never got repurchased so it’s not actually been on the ‘menu’.

I have restarted the Hacker Diet tracker and will add the widget as soon as I get around to learning how again.
